Networks Day 2023
#StayingStrong
The theme for 2023 is #StayingStrong
This year, we called for staff networks in the UK (and beyond) to stay strong as they continue #MakingWorkBetter for their members and wider organisation.
What do we mean by #StayingStrong?
In #StayingStrong, networks and their eco system can focus on three areas:
Wellbeing: What network leaders can do to #StayStrong?
Allyship: Allies and advocates, do you understand what you can do to help the network #StayStrong?
Sustainability: How do we support networks in their sustainable development?
In the lead up to the National Day for Staff Networks... We ran a series of webinars based on the three sub themes. The webinars were 'sold out' in days and attendees included Network leaders, Steering committee members, network members, senior champions, allies, EDI leads and anyone interested in supporting networks as the endeavour to make work better.
