The National Day for Staff Networks is a national celebration of employee networks across sectors.
Staff networks support colleagues, influence policy, strengthen belonging and drive organisational change.
They are vital partners in building fairer workplaces. This year’s theme, #UnitingForEquity, focuses on collective action bringing together staff networks, and leaders to challenge inequality, amplify diverse voices, and create meaningful, lasting change.
How can organisations get involved...

🏆 Celebrate Network Volunteers - Recognise those who power your communities.
