The National Day for Staff Networks is a national celebration of employee networks across sectors.
Staff networks support colleagues, influence policy, strengthen belonging and drive organisational change.
They are vital partners in building fairer workplaces. The theme for 2026 was #UnitingForEquity, focusing on collective action bringing together staff networks, and leaders to challenge inequality, amplify diverse voices, and create meaningful, lasting change.
